University systems support (UAccess Student/Financials/Analystics, UAConnect, Catmail, UAWiFi) is offered to all faculty, students and staff of the University of Arizona through the IT Support Help Desk.
Dedicated support for UA-owned hardware in the MCB department is offered through https://it.arizona.edu/service/wnc-computer-support. To request assistance, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to create a ticket, and a support person will contact you promptly. For urgent requests, you can also call 621-3638.
