Dedicated support for UA-owned hardware in the MCB department is offered through Workgroup and Network Consulting. To request assistance, send an email <email@example.com> to create a ticket, and a support person will contact you promptly. For urgent requests, you can also call 621-3638.
University systems support (UAccess Student/Financials/Analystics, UAConnect, Catmail, UAWiFi) is offered to all faculty, students and staff of the University of Arizona through the 24/7 Support Desk.
