The easiest thing to do is to use a pass-phrase. Most people seem to think that the only way to have a secure password is to use something like: @Ab#u5R4Pef66sWuGeCUch$jU
Let's face it, remembering a password like that is impractical (not to mention close to impossible), but what about this:
Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Arizona
Now take the first letter of each word and any puctuation and put them together. You should end up with M&CBatUoA.
It's a very strong password, but remembering it is pretty easy. Please don't use this example!
