Congratulations to Assistant Professor Ryan Gutenkunst, who has been awarded the 2013 College of Science Distinguished Early-Career Teaching Award. The award recognizes Prof. Gutenkunst's educational efforts both on-campus and off-campus. Prof. Gutenkunst is particularly proud of developing MCB 315 - Key Concepts in Quantitative Biology, an innovative course designed to introduce life science students to the power of computation and mathematics in revealing the secrets of life.
