Study the birthplace of biology

Study abroad in Greece and see your Molecular & Cellular Biology major through a global lens. At UA Athens, hosted by the American College of Greece, you can choose from a variety of English taught courses to satisfy your degree requirements, including general education with the approval of your academic advisor. To make choosing courses easier, faculty in the Molecular & Cellular Biology Department preapproved courses to satisfy many of your major requirements.

The best part is, you’ll pay your regular University of Arizona tuition and can use financial aid and scholarships, including AZ Excellence and Wildcat Excellence awards! Course availability varies per semester and can be subject to change.

Please Note: If you plan to apply to a professional program such as a medical school or DVM program, you must consult with the school’s admission team to ensure the courses you choose to take abroad will be accepted by your future program as there may be some restrictions on international credits in your application.
