Additional major, minor: double major in MCB and Microbiology; minor in Public Health

Research lab: I am currently in Dr. Rogers' lab, where we study Drosophila S2 cells and changes in the centrosome during mitosis, understanding their role in tumorigenesis.

Clubs and other activities: I am involved in a variety of organizations across campus, including Pi Beta Phi Sorority, WIMS, Undergraduate Journal Club, and am a STAR Lab Facilitator. I also love reading and watching reality TV! 

The best thing about being an ambassador: I love meeting new students and making them feel welcomed in the MCB community.

Favorite classes: Microbial Physiology (MIC 328R), Sign Language (SERP 370B), and Molecular Basis of Life (MCB 306).
