Seminar Information

This seminar will be divided into two complementary parts that highlight my lab's work in both therapeutic and diagnostic development in colorectal cancer. In Part I, I will focus on targeting the WNT signaling pathway in CRC, emphasizing new strategies to disrupt oncogenic WNT/β-catenin activity and cancer stem cell maintenance. In Part II, I will shift to re-envisioning diagnostic biomarkers in CRC, discussing how patient-derived organoid-driven and single-cell imaging approaches can redefine how we detect, stratify, and predict therapeutic responses in patients.
