How can I make a hard password I can actually remember?

The easiest thing to do is to use a pass-phrase. Most people seem to think that the only way to have a secure password is to use something like:  @Ab#u5R4Pef66sWuGeCUch$jU
Let's face it, remembering a password like that is impractical (not to mention close to impossible),  but what about this:
Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Arizona
Now take the first letter of each word and any puctuation and put them together. You should end up with M&CBatUoA.
It's a very strong password, but remembering it is pretty easy.  Please don't use this example!
